Commercial Partnerships & Operations Director

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high-priority cross-functional commercial initiatives
• Drive alignment across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and legal teams
• Manage strategic partner relationships and ensure successful executions
• Develop analytical models and performance trackers for decision-making
• Prepare executive communications and reports for leadership
• Translate commercial priorities into actionable plans with accountability
• Design scalable processes to improve operational effectiveness

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in healthcare consulting or similar high-growth healthcare role
• Experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and value-based care preferred
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in AI tools and Excel
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities

Pay

$150,000 – $195,000 annually
