Position Summary
The Commercial Parking Manager oversees the daily operations of one or multiple commercial parking facilities, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for staff management, revenue tracking, client relations, and operational compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in parking operations, customer service, and financial oversight.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serving as the main point of contact with each property
- Fostering open communication and promptly addressing concerns
- Building trust with hotel stakeholders and proactively seeking feedback
- Creating strong, long-term partnerships that support service improvements and additional business opportunities
Daily Operational Oversight
- Scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance at each location
- Frequent site visits to identify and resolve operational issues
- Maintaining consistent standards of customer service
Financial and Administrative Tasks
- Tracking site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses
- Collaborating with the Regional Director on cost-control measures and accurate record-keeping
Team Supervision and Training
- Recruiting and training hourly associates
- Setting clear performance goals and offering ongoing coaching
- Maintaining a supportive environment that promotes both employee satisfaction and strong customer service outcomes
Communication and Reporting
- Regular status updates and performance reports
- Using personal devices to coordinate quickly with staff or leadership in emergencies or time-sensitive situations
Travel and Communication
- Frequent travel to oversee performance, address challenges, and support new account launches
- Ongoing communication essential for consistent updates and performance insights
Additional Responsibilities
- Other tasks as assigned to support company objectives
- Attend required staff meetings and complete assigned training modules in a timely manner
