Qualifications
- A high school education or GED.
- A valid driver’s license from state of residence.
- Strong customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
- The ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $56,600.00 - $82,500.00
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).

- Learn product knowledge and sales techniques for selling the full suite of Terminix products.
- Inspect and assess pest problems with precision and suggest Terminix solutions following company policy and pricing instructions.
- Deliver exceptional service, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and think creatively about how to grow the relationship.
- Navigate the intricacies of commercial properties and management.
- Handle delinquent accounts with grace and effectiveness.
