Responsibilities
- Maintain lead data and route leads to appropriate team members
- Maintain and update lead scoring criteria
- Generate reports on sales activity, KPIs, and pipeline progress
- Maintain and organize internal documentation
- Support client onboarding by tracking documentation and coordinating tasks
- Aid in proposal creation and renewal paperwork
- Collaborate with team to improve process and workflow
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting tools
- Experience supporting teams in aviation, finance, or B2B service environments (preferred)
- Comfort working with data and process documentation
- Minimum of 1-2 years sales support or administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced support or operations role
