Commercial Operations Specialist

About the role

We’re seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support a global oncology commercial team by coordinating cross-functional workstreams and keeping key business processes moving from start to finish. This role will support HCP engagement activities, contracting, purchase orders, and compliance workflows while building clear trackers, governance, and business-ready presentations/materials. This is a contract position located in Raritan, NJ. System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America. Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end HCP engagement process, including coordination with business owners, cross-functional partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate contracting activities by monitoring progress, coordinating required inputs, identifying potential delays, and helping move agreements through the appropriate internal processes.
• Support the purchase order lifecycle, including initiation, tracking, issue identification, and coordination through completion.
• Guide business teams through applicable research compliance processes and internal requirements.
• Serve as a central point of coordination across functions, ensuring activities, decisions, and next steps remain organized and on schedule.
• Proactively monitor workflows and deliverables, identify potential risks or process gaps, and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop, organize, and refine PowerPoint presentations and other materials for business and leadership discussions.
