Commercial Operations Specialist
About the role
The Commercial Operations Specialist supports regulatory compliance and operational consistency across the commercial lending department by overseeing regulatory compliance checkpoints (Reg B, HMDA, Flood) and leading key operational workflows including ACR tracking. The role partners closely with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Administrative Assistants, Compliance, and Loan Operations to maintain a consistent, audit-ready lending environment. The position can also assist the Operations Manager as needed with procedure writing and other project-related duties to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field (normally required); specialized training in commercial banking operations
- Five (5) years of experience in a customer service field

Pay
Compensation range: $25.25–$30.25 per hour. The actual salary offered within the range depends on factors including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
