Commercial Operations Partner I
for each section: About the role (maybe not needed if we have description?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes responsibilities (list of duties). It includes Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications (these could be under Requirements or Qualifications). It includes Benefits description. No explicit Pay or Schedule info besides Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) and Regular or Temporary: Regular. That's schedule info? It says Work Shift: 1st shift. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that. No explicit Pay info, so we should not create Pay section. Benefits we have. Skills maybe not explicit separate; we could combine skills within qualifications. But we could still include Skills if there is content: they mention interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organization, attention to detail, ability to comprehend and teach, proficiency in MS Office. Those are skills. Could put under Skills. But we must not create thin sections; better to combine into Qualifications or Responsibilities. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role (summary paragraph), Responsibilities (ul), Qualifications (ul combining required and preferred), Benefits (ul), Schedule (p). Avoid duplicate headings.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate: application instructions, EEO, etc. Also remove "Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)"? Actually Work Shift is schedule info, we keep that. Language fluency maybe a requirement; could be included in Qualifications. Regular or Temporary maybe not needed.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So include language fluency English required. Also mention Regular (employment type). Could be part of About the role or Schedule? Probably include in About the role paragraph.
Let's extract substantive content:

We'll have:
About the role
Partner with Commercial Administration roles, Relationship Managers, Commercial Client Specialist Teams and Sales Leaders to drive operational effectiveness, ensure consistent execution per policy and procedures, mitigate operational risk and improve the client experience across assigned CCB teams. ... maybe combine first sentence? Actually the first sentence is part of responsibilities. Could put in About the role a brief summary: The role partners with ... to drive operational effectiveness etc. But we must preserve all info; we can't omit details. Better to put the overview paragraph as About the role, then Responsibilities as a list of specific duties. However the overview paragraph already contains some of the responsibilities; we risk duplication. But we can keep the overview as a short summary and then list detailed responsibilities. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we cannot omit any detail; we can rephrase but must keep all info. If we put some info in About the role and also in Responsibilities, that's duplication but still preserving. Duplication is allowed? It says remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid duplicating the same exact lines. But we can rephrase to avoid duplication while preserving meaning. However it's safer to put all duties in Responsibilities list and not have About the role separate, or have About the role be a brief high-level summary that doesn't repeat specifics. But we need to preserve all specifics; they'd be in Responsibilities list. So About the role can be a short paragraph describing the role's purpose without repeating each bullet. That's okay as long as we don't lose any specifics; they are captured elsewhere. Thus: About the role: This position partners with Commercial Administration, Relationship Managers, Commercial Client Specialist Teams, and Sales Leaders to drive operational effectiveness, ensure policy compliance, mitigate risk, and enhance client experience across assigned CCB teams. That captures the first sentence but not all details; details are in Responsibilities. Now Responsibilities list: each bullet as
