Commercial Merchandising Product Specialist

Your Day Consists Of

• Providing product recommendations, guidance, and tailored solutions to support commercial project requirements for the Commercial Sales team.
• Partnering with Merchant Teams and vendors to support commercial-specific product solutions and initiatives.
• Collaborating with Commercial Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align inventory strategies with commercial project timelines and requirements.
• Supporting the Commercial Management and Merchant Teams with category planning, analysis, inventory management, promotions, and execution of commercial initiatives.
• Creating, maintaining, and enhancing commercial merchandising tools, resources, and sales enablement materials for field teams.
• Aiding in the development and delivery of commercial merchandising training and knowledge materials.
• Owning assigned commercial projects and initiatives by ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and successful outcomes.
• Leading coordination efforts with internal departments and external partners to support commercial project execution.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project, product, and customer information within Salesforce and other business systems.
• Identifying process gaps and inefficiencies while supporting continuous improvement efforts across commercial merchandising workflows.
• Performing additional functions and responsibilities of a similar nature to achieve assigned business objectives.

Working Conditions

• Physical/Sensory Requirements: Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
