Responsibilities include providing technical guidance on animal feed production, formulation, quality standards, raw materials, and feed-related processes, as well as training and mentoring the local team. Additional duties involve establishing and improving operational procedures, monitoring production efficiency, product costs, and overall business performance while working closely with the sales and commercial teams to drive market growth. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with relevant industry, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and business expansion.
