Commercial Marketing Intern
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro: "Join Corteva Agriscience as a Commercial Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience with a global leader in agriculture. Our interns contribute to meaningful business priorities, build real-world industry knowledge and learn how Marketing helps connect customer needs with Corteva’s products, services and solutions. The Commercial Intern program includes competitive pay, a company computer, industry-leading training, exposure to company leaders and opportunities to build relationships across the organization."
That's about the role / benefits.
- "What You’ll Do" section: includes paragraphs about positioning for future growth, support key areas, own meaningful work, collaborate across organization, then bullet list of Marketing Internship Opportunities May Include (list). Then note: "Specific responsibilities will vary based on the assigned business, team and project."
- "What Skills You’ll Need": list of bullet-like statements (curiosity, initiative, etc). Then "Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Agricultural Business, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. Priority will be given to candidates with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher."
- "Experience The Difference": description of program benefits: meaningful work, professional development, networking, exposure to leaders, Summer Commercial Intern Training description.
- "Are you a good match? Apply today! We seek applicants from all backgrounds..." then EEO boilerplate (to remove). Also "Corteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer..." remove.
Thus we need sections:
- About the role: maybe combine intro and program description? Could be "About the role" includes description of internship, what they'll do? But we also have separate Responsibilities section.
We need to decide which sections to include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have content for:
- About the role: description of role, program, what you'll do? Might be overlapping with Responsibilities. But we can put overview in About the role, and detailed duties in Responsibilities.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet list under "Marketing Internship Opportunities May Include") plus maybe other responsibilities like develop work plan, collaborate, etc.
- Requirements: maybe education requirement (degree pursuing, GPA). Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide where to put each piece.
We have:
- Skills: list of skills/curiosity etc.
- Qualifications: maybe degree field and GPA.
- Requirements: maybe none else? Could be "Experience" but not needed.
- Benefits: competitive pay, company computer, industry-leading training, exposure to leaders, opportunities to build relationships, Summer Commercial Intern Training details.
- Pay: mention "competitive pay" but not specific number. The rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive pay" but not a specific amount. Is that considered stating pay? It's vague but it's stating that pay is competitive. The rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "competitive pay". That is a statement about pay, albeit not specific. Should we include Pay section? The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "competitive pay". So we could include Pay section with that statement. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be better to include Pay under Benefits? But we have separate Benefits heading allowed. The rule: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Benefits and Pay separate. Since they mention competitive pay, we can include Pay section with that phrase. Benefits: company computer, industry-leading training, exposure to leaders, opportunities to build relationships, Summer Commercial Intern Training.
- Schedule: not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section.
- Requirements: maybe none besides education? But we have Qualifications for education. Could put education under Qualifications. Requirements could be empty; we should not create empty heading. So we omit Requirements if no specific content.
- Qualifications: degree field and GPA.
- Skills: list of skills.
- About the role: overview paragraph.
- Responsibilities: duties list.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat boilerplate. Remove EEO, application instructions, "Are you a good match? Apply today!" (that's application instruction) remove. Also remove "We seek applicants from all backgrounds..." (EEO). Remove "Corteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer..." etc.
Now produce HTML.

Pay
Competitive pay (as noted in the program benefits).
But we already listed competitive pay in Benefits; having Pay section may be redundant. The rule says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine pay into Benefits and omit Pay section. However they said include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state competitive pay, but we already have that in Benefits. Could we omit Pay section and just keep it in Benefits? The instruction: "Use
