About the role
This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of commercial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks
- Inspect and repair equipment and systems
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate with facility management and other staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
- $20.00 per hour for full-time positions

Schedule
- Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
