Responsibilities

- Assess conditions found during inspections. - Identify hazards that may lead to claims activity. - Gather data to assist insurance companies in establishing replacement cost values. - Work within a defined territory, which may be part-time or full-time based on business volume.

- Basic knowledge of home construction materials and methods. - Previous inspection experience is helpful. - Reliable, organized, and self-motivated. - Access to a PC, internet, and digital camera.
