Qualifications
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree in business or accounting preferred.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related positions normally required.

Responsibilities
Performs a variety of duties to support the assigned consumer, commercial (including small business and SBA), and agricultural loan document preparation and setup functions. Essential duties include:
- Reviews appropriate checklists for compliance/accuracy
- Interfaces with vendors as needed to obtain required documentation to close the loan, including, but not limited to, UCC search, certificate of good standing, insurance forms (property, title, etc.), Ag equipment lists, and environmental checklists
- Prepares Letters of Engagement for appraisal/evaluation and tracking in Baker Hill
- Interfaces with the law firm for all attorney-prepared documents
- Prepares Letter of Credit Documentation
- Creates, transmits, and revises loan documentation using loan documentation software
- Reviews executed loan documents for accuracy and completeness prior to funding the loan
- Places all holds on accounts or perfecting liens as required
- Prepares Assignments, Satisfactions, and Subordinations for real estate loans as requested
- Processes all necessary tickets for funding of the loan and loan fees
- Confirms funding data following loan closing
- Follows up to gather missing documentation
- Forwards all completed RE Appraisals/Evaluations to vendor for review
- Provides information for, and assists in the preparation of, various reports as directed
- Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the unit or department as well as with other units and departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information
- Abides by current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed to promote a harassment-free and compliant work environment
- Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested or according to an established schedule
- Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area within given time frames and established policy
- Assists the immediate supervisor with various administrative tasks and may be assigned special projects
Ancillary Duties
Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual or departmental circumstances.
Physical Requirements
- Occasionally ascends/descends stairs to move through different floors of the location
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than two-thirds of the time
- Occasionally moves about inside the office to accomplish tasks
- Occasionally adjusts or moves objects up to 10 pounds in all directions
- Frequently communicates with others to exchange information
- Constantly moves wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Must be able to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
- Occasionally works around noisy environments
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
