Commercial Loan Processor

Respected community bank in the Lansing, Michigan area seeks an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join its team. This is an urgent hiring need for a "plug-and-play" commercial loan processor who can step in and contribute immediately.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare documentation for commercial loan closings.
• Review commercial loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Coordinate loan documentation with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and internal departments.
• Process new commercial loans, renewals, modifications, and loan maintenance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the commercial lending team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial loan processing or commercial loan operations experience within a bank or financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loan documentation and loan closing processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience with commercial lending systems and documentation is preferred.
