Commercial Loan Operations Specialist San Diego, CA | OnsiteTemporary ContractPay: $26-$28/hourMonday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Summary Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Operations Specialist to support a well-established financial institution in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial lending, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage loan files from application through closing. This role is responsible for ensuring loan documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Review commercial loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracyCoordinate with loan officers, underwriters, clients, and third parties to obtain required informationProcess and maintain loan files throughout the lending lifecycleCommunicate with borrowers regarding outstanding items and application statusEnsure compliance with lending regulations, policies, and proceduresPrepare and review loan closing documents and assist with closing coordinationMaintain organized and accurate loan recordsProvide exceptional service to internal and external customersCollaborate with team members to support efficient loan processing operations Qualifications 3+ years of commercial loan processing experience requiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience with Symitar, LaserPro, and/or LaserPro SBA preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
