Position Summary
Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Operations Specialist to support a well-established financial institution in San Diego.
Key Responsibilities
- Review commercial loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Cook with loan officers, underwriters, clients, and third parties to obtain required information
- Process and maintain loan files throughout the lending lifecycle
- Communicate with borrowers regarding outstanding items and application status
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations, policies, and procedures
- Prepare and review loan closing documents and assist with closing coordination
- Maintain organized and accurate loan records
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient loan processing operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial loan processing experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Symitar, LaserPro, and/or LaserPro SBA preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
