Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio
  • Senior-level lending position
  • Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans
  • Promote BancFirst services through cross-selling banking products to new and existing clientele
  • Participation in various community and public events
  • Consistent execution of policies and procedures
  • Extraordinary customer service at all times
  • Absolutely required to assist with other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of lending experience
  • Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
  • Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums
  • Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
  • Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals
  • Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships
  • Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
  • Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

Prior to Employment

  • 5-10 years commercial lending experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile
  • Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
  • Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
  • Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
