Commercial Loan Officer

About the role

The Commercial Loan Officer will manage a portfolio of loans, with a focus on CRE and C&I. The portfolio size will vary depending on the candidate's experience, ranging from 1 to 5 million dollars. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 20 years of experience and be capable of growing the existing portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Tailor loans to fit the needs of commercial clients
• Manage and grow the existing loan portfolio
• Assess creditworthiness of potential borrowers
• Prepare loan applications and documentation
• Communicate with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Comply with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience
• Knowledge of local market conditions and trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
