About the role
This individual will be responsible for originating and servicing commercial loans in the Junction City and Manhattan, Kansas areas. They will be part of a team that manages a portfolio of approximately $10 million, with a focus on growing the commercial segment of the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Originate and service commercial loans
- Manage a portfolio of approximately $10 million
- Focus on growing the commercial segment of the portfolio
- Inherit loans from the Market President, if applicable
- Work closely with the Market President to ensure a smooth transition
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial lending experience
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred
