About the role
The Commercial Loan Officer will be responsible for developing new commercial C&I loans within the $5 - $10 million deal range. Some portfolio may be transferred based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with commercial clients
- Underwrite and close commercial C&I loans
- Manage loan portfolios and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Commercial C&I lending
- Strong relationship building skills
- Proficiency in loan underwriting and closing processes
- Knowledge of local and state regulations applicable to commercial lending
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- Professional Lending Certification preferred
