About the role

Responsible for developing and managing commercial loan portfolios, providing financial analysis, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial lending market.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess creditworthiness and risk levels of potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive service.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals to clients and decision-making committees.
  • Manage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lending or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local and state lending regulations.
  • Experience with loan underwriting and portfolio management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Pay

Schedule

  • Full-time position.
