Job Summary

The National full-service law firm seeks a dynamic attorney to join our team. About the Role

Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients throughout litigation proceedings. Collaborate directly with clients in emerging, regulated, and fast-paced industries. Conduct legal research and draft sophisticated motions, briefs, and legal memoranda. Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. Handle appellate matters and briefing, where applicable. Supervise, direct, and coordinate teams of attorneys and legal professionals. Develop litigation strategies and provide case management leadership. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional legal service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients throughout litigation proceedings.
  • Collaborate directly with clients in emerging, regulated, and fast-paced industries.
  • Conduct legal research and draft sophisticated motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
  • Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
  • Handle appellate matters and briefing, where applicable.
  • Supervise, direct, and coordinate teams of attorneys and legal professionals.
  • Develop litigation strategies and provide case management leadership.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional legal service.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 8+ years of commercial litigation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex litigation matters independently.
  • First-chair trial experience strongly preferred.
  • Appellate litigation experience highly desirable.
  • Exposure to tort litigation matters.
  • Prominent ability to lead and supervise litigation teams.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional legal writing, research, and advocacy abilities.
  • Superior academic credentials.
