Our litigation group represents businesses and institutions across a wide range of complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration forums nationwide, covering matters tied to business sales and purchases, partnership and shareholder agreements, distribution and licensing agreements, commercial leases, construction contracts, executive compensation, and financing and lending relationships. Our attorneys try cases before judges, administrative bodies, and arbitration panels, and several have argued before the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state appellate courts, with clerkship experience spanning the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Courts, Courts of Appeal, and Bankruptcy Courts. Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
