A top AmLaw firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their Healthcare Litigation team. This role can sit in Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis, or NYC.

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of commercial litigation matters
• Experience with managed care litigation a plus
• Focus on payer-side disputes
• Collaborate with a large team across the US on healthcare-related business

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in an AmLaw firm
• Experience in commercial litigation matters

Qualifications

• Strong academic background
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis

Pay

Compensation will depend on billable target and class year, but expected to range from $290-355k plus bonus.

Schedule

This firm offers two billable hour paths - 1900 or 2000.
