Our client, a national and highly-respected AmLaw200 law firm, is seeking to add a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate to their group. This is an incredible opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters, providing legal advice and representation to a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal and state court systems, a knack for legal writing, and a proven track record in handling substantive motions.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial litigation including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients in complex commercial disputes.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client service at all times.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure successful case outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest legal developments and changes in laws applicable to commercial litigation.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in the state.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Experience in federal and state court litigation.
- Exceptional legal writing skills with an ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of resolving complex legal disputes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
Pay
$200,000 - $300,000 per year
