Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of true commercial litigators on sophisticated matters
• Gain real litigation experience, including opportunities to take depositions, argue motions, and participate in trial preparation
• Develop a long-term litigation practice in a collaborative, trial-focused environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in a law firm setting
• Strong commercial litigation background, including experience with pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and case strategy
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Interest in being on the front lines of litigation and gaining meaningful hands-on experience
• Admission to the Michigan Bar, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted in Michigan
