Commercial Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial, class action and restructuring litigation matters
• Draft and respond to complaints, motions and substantive briefs
• Manage discovery processes and case strategy
• Support trials and appellate matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Work closely with clients on high-value disputes and strategic outcomes

Who You Are

• 4th–7th year litigation associate
• Experience in commercial litigation, class actions and/or restructuring disputes
• Experience across all phases of litigation, including trial and appeals
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Experience at a comparable law firm
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
