Commercial Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial and business litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Support case strategy, negotiations and trial preparation
• Manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
• Work closely with clients and cross-practice teams

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience at a large law firm preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Strong organisational and case management abilities
• Able to manage a diverse workload independently and within a team
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Admitted to the Nevada Bar

Compensation

• Salary Range: $185,000 – $215,000 (DOE)
