Commercial Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, tortious interference and breach of fiduciary duty disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Take and defend depositions and argue motions
• Support all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
• Aid in developing case strategy and managing client relationships

Who You Are

• 4+ years of broad-based litigation experience
• Experience in commercial litigation matters
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, analytical and drafting skills
• Experience arguing motions and handling depositions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in real estate, land use, trusts & estates or IP litigation is a plus

Compensation

Salary Range: $270,000 – $325,000 (DOE)
