Commercial Litigation Associate
About the role
Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with four to six years of experience to join our virtual office, The Link. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of complex commercial litigation, including conducting factual investigations, managing discovery, preparing pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, engaging in settlement negotiations, and communicating with clients. Additional experience in labor & employment litigation matters is preferred, including the ability to handle depositions and manage cases, with a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Reside in Michigan or Ohio
- Active bar license corresponding to the state in which they reside
- Preferred: Active bar license in both Michigan and Ohio
- Work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing, & Transportation business unit
- Thrives on demanding work
