Commercial Litigation Associate

Cozen O’Connor’s Fort Lauderdale office is looking for an associate with 5 to 7 years of experience.

About the role

The ideal candidate will manage and defend complex commercial litigation matters, with a focus on large-scale consumer class actions in both federal and state courts. Experience handling claims related to consumer protection and fraud, privacy and data breach issues, products liability, and/or health care is preferred.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Significant experience with large-scale consumer class actions
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong attention to detail and research/writing skills
• Active Florida law license in good standing
