Department Account Management & Service
Required Experience
- Experience managing a book of business generally more than $500k in revenue, depending on the complexity or number of accounts.
- Provides quality customer service to existing accounts with a goal of 95% retention or more.
- Collaborates with a team that includes Producers, Account Executives, Sr. Account Managers, and Associate Account Managers.
- Reviews policies and endorsements for accuracy prior to delivery to clients.
- Issue certificates of insurance and process policy changes in a timely manner.
- Identifies opportunities to cross-sell additional lines of coverage and round out client accounts.
- Maintains compliance with carrier guidelines and agency procedures to minimize E&O exposure.
- Ensures accurate maintenance of client information in EPIC.
