We are seeking individuals with a service first mentality and effective communication skills, all while maintaining a high level of attention to details.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in customer service
• Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred)
• Insurance related designation (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Effectively present information and respond to questions to groups or individuals while providing outstanding hospitality
• Learns and maintains a demonstrated understanding of Commercial Lines insurance, company products, pricing, and coverages in all states where Central does business
• Develops, demonstrates, and applies knowledge of the Commercial Lines policy system as well as other related and supporting systems
• Utilizes the policy system and other related supporting systems to make sound decisions
• Independently screens, quotes and processes new submissions, issues, renewals, and endorsements for policies
• Coordinates documentation for underwriting files
• Communicates and coordinates any necessary follow up with Underwriters
