Commercial Lines Placement Specialist

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Placement Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in marketing and servicing commercial lines accounts, who thrives in a collaborative, family-owned, and tech-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Market and place both new and renewal commercial lines business with carriers.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
• Manage and nurture new leads, guiding them through the sales process to closure.
• Maintain and update client information in Salesforce (training provided if needed).
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the Commercial Lines team to support departmental goals and initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Proven experience working with carriers and marketing commercial lines business.
• Familiarity with handling smaller, generalist accounts.

Skills

• Strong marketing and sales acumen, with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus, but not required (training available).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (flexible for highly qualified candidates)
