Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Complete ACORD applications for renewals.
• Issue invoices for renewals, audits and endorsements.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy.
• Issue certificates of insurance daily.
• On average, 3-5 per day with more during peak times.
• Copy insurance company renewal proposals on company letterhead.
• Manage and prioritize high-volume Outlook email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses to clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
• Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service Representative experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency

Preferred Skills

• Some College, No Degree
• Licenses: Property & Casualty (NJ)
• Management System: Agency Pro
• Computer Skills: MS Excel
