Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, providing dedicated support and timely responses to inquiries and requests.
• Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance regulations.
• Aid clients in the claims process, acting as a liaison between clients and the claims department, and providing guidance on claim submission.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities to enhance clients' insurance programs.
• Provide expert advice on insurance products, including coverage options, risk management, and insurance-related queries.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records, policy documentation, and correspondence.
• Educate clients on insurance products, policy terms, and regulatory changes that may impact their coverage.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products or services that align with clients’ needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure all client transactions are compliant with legal and company standards.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
• Prior experience in a customer service or insurance-related role is preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and industry regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
