About the role

The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager is responsible for assisting producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial lines of insurance to include processing and invoicing policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations. This is an in‑office role at the San Antonio, TX office.

• Prepare endorsement requests to send to insurance carriers
• Follow-up on receipt of endorsements to existing policies
• Processing endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to client
