Commercial Lines Associate Account Managers play a key part in delivering the responsive, detail-oriented service our clients count on, working closely with senior team members, production staff, and clients throughout the year to gather risk management data, prepare carrier submissions, and support contract and premium negotiations. This is a fast-paced, varied role at a growing agency that still knows its people by name, and the right person is energized by variety, comfortable moving between tasks throughout the day, and ready to jump in wherever they're needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a responsive point of contact between clients and carriers, preparing certificates, driving records, and carrier submissions that keep coverage moving so clients have what they need, when they need it.
- Keep client records and deliverables sharp and up to date in the agency management system, so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support commercial lines Account Managers with transactional work and assist senior team members in handling renewals.
- Handle calls, mail, scheduling, and administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly.
