About the role
As a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial insurance clients and the internal team that services their business. Your work helps ensure policy changes are handled accurately, client requests are resolved quickly, and critical documentation is maintained throughout the policy lifecycle. Working closely with Account Managers and Account Executives, you'll support a commercial lines book of business by managing service requests, coordinating with carriers, and helping clients navigate endorsements, claims, certificates, and renewals.
