Commercial Lines Account Manager - REMOTE OR ONSITE

About the role

Southern States Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager who excels in client relationships, policy management, and insurance support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by assisting with certificates of insurance, policy changes, claims reporting, and proof of insurance.
• Support business growth by working with producers to write new accounts and maintain existing ones.
• Ensure accuracy by collaborating with underwriters to provide the right coverage solutions.
• Stay organized by maintaining follow-ups and tracking outstanding client requests.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active P&C Insurance License (Required).
• Experience: Familiarity with Applied Systems Epic (Preferred).
• Industry Credentials: CISR, CIC, ARM, or CPCU (Preferred).
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to complete ACORD and carrier applications with precision.

Qualifications

• Available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
• Resides in GA, TX, FL, NC, MO, VA, AL, SC, TN, MS, LA, AR, KY, OK, or MI.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating insurance management software and online rating tools.

Pay

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annual
