Commercial Insurance Associates is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team at our Ocean City, Maryland insurance office. Our Ocean City office serves businesses throughout the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware, including Worcester County, Wicomico County, Sussex County, Salisbury, Berlin, Ocean Pines, Fenwick Island, and Rehoboth Beach. This position is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys managing commercial insurance accounts, supporting business clients, and working closely with producers to provide responsive service and coverage guidance. As an independent insurance agency, our team works with a broad network of top-rated national insurance carriers, allowing us to provide customized coverage solutions across many industries. Account Managers play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the continued growth of our commercial insurance book. What You’ll Do Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts for business clients Assist clients with policy changes, coverage questions, certificates of insurance, and endorsements Prepare and review renewal proposals and coverage options for commercial accounts Work closely with producers and internal staff to support new and renewal business Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters to resolve account issues and obtain policy information Process policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system Support client retention by providing responsive service and proactive coverage guidance Compensation Structure This is a salary-based position designed for experienced insurance professionals who enjoy working directly with business clients and maintaining long-term insurance relationships.
