Commercial Lines Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Owning the commercial renewal cycle from expiration reports to client delivery, without needing supervisory review.
• Handling coverage questions, endorsements, certificates, and claims follow-up independently.
• Preparing accurate quotes, applications, and policy comparisons across multiple lines.
• Maintaining detailed, organized account records in agency management systems.
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities based on account knowledge.
• Staying informed on carrier appetites, coverage updates, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin P&C license in good standing.
• At least 3 years of commercial lines account management or servicing experience.
• Proficiency with agency management software.
• Ability to work onsite in Waterford, WI.
