Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse book of business, including small, middle, and large market accounts.
  • Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including certificates, quoting, and renewals.
  • Handle new and renewal marketing, focusing on retention by maintaining relationships with existing carriers.
  • Collaborate with team members to divide and manage workload effectively.
  • Utilize Applied TAM software to manage client information and workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of Commercial Lines experience (captive or independent agency experience acceptable).
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in Commercial Lines.
  • Underwriting experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied TAM software; familiarity with EPIC is a bonus.
  • Soft Skills: Positive and happy demeanor. Personable and approachable. Team-oriented with a no-drama attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Carriers: Experience working with carriers such as Erie, Cincinnati, Travelers, Accident Fund, Westbend, Hartford, and Philadelphia is advantageous.

Pay

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, with potential for $100,000 - $105,000 for highly qualified candidates.
