Responsibilities Manage and service a book of business valued at approximately $2 million, consisting of accounts ranging from $1,000 to $300,000.Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible solutions. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly in commercial lines, is required.
