Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager/Account Executive Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (AM) or Account Executive (AE) to join a team. This role is a true service-oriented position, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including construction, manufacturing, and real estate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, a proactive approach to client service, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative and supportive environment. Compensation Package Salary Range:Account Manager: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, plus quarterly retention bonuses and yearly bonuses on new business (total compensation potential: $90,000 - $100,000).Account Executive: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus bonuses.Benefits:Comprehensive health insurance with 80-90% of premiums covered by the company.Additional in-house bonus program. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from $1.5 million in revenue to middle-market clients.Provide end-to-end service, including quoting new and renewal business, cross-selling, and ensuring client satisfaction.Collaborate with producers and team members to deliver exceptional service.Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and streamline processes.Participate in quarterly team events to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on generalist accounts.Technical Skills: Proficiency or working knowledge of AMS 360 software is preferred.Soft Skills:Team-oriented mindset.Humble and approachable demeanor.Strong work ethic and ambition.Ability to work independently without micromanagement.Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent work experience.
