Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and health insurance fully paid for the employee. Responsibilities Manage a $2 million book of business, including accounts with premiums ranging from $800 to $100,000.Handle daily tasks such as renewals, answering client inquiries, issuing certificates, and providing exceptional customer service.Quote new and renewal business as needed.Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive, go-getter mindset.Work Environment: Must be comfortable working fully onsite in a family-oriented, team-focused environment.
