A Successful Candidate Will Assist with the commercial lines departments Provide a high level of customer service while helping maintain a book of business.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the commercial lines departments
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Help maintain a book of business
- Assist with the processing of changes for insurance policies
- Provide proof of insurance
- Assist with the collection of premiums
- Reconcile accounts as needed
- Retain renewal business by contacting insured to review coverages
- Review current underwriting information to qualify customers for improved programs
- Monitor renewal premiums for excessive increases
- Assist the Operation Manager with monthly reports as needed
Requirements
- Current P&C license
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational & computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-player attitude
- Possess a strong sales acumen
