About the role

The Commercial Lines Account Manager role supports our Commercial Lines Sales Producers. Key responsibilities include managing and servicing a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, preparing proposals, coordinating underwriting, supporting new business and renewal strategies, conducting proactive coverage reviews, processing endorsements, certificates, policy changes, audits, and renewals, maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders, and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of Commercial Lines accounts, ensuring accuracy, coverage adequacy, and seamless renewals
  • Partner with Producers to prepare proposals, coordinate underwriting, and support new business and renewal strategy
  • Conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify gaps, cross-sell opportunities, and risk management solutions
  • Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, audits, and renewals with precision and timeliness
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders while documenting all activity accurately
  • Deliver exceptional client service that strengthens long-term relationships and supports agency growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years Commercial Insurance Account Management experience required
  • Confidence working on middle-market accounts across different industries
  • Strong professionalism and ethical standards
  • Consistent follow through on deadlines, meetings, and client commitments
  • Must be located within a 3-hour drive of Miami, FL and able to commute to the office as required

Pay

Base Salary starting at $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience
