About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned book of Commercial Lines business, including renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day servicing
  • Serve as a trusted resource for clients, providing proactive service and coverage guidance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Support new business initiatives alongside Producers and Account Executives
  • Review client exposures and assist in identifying appropriate coverage solutions
  • Prepare and process policy documents, certificates of insurance, binders, and related documentation
  • Absorb and process billing inquiries, account reconciliations, and payment follow-up
  • Possess and utilize agency management systems such as Applied Epic
  • Work collaboratively with carriers and team members to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Proven track record in managing and servicing commercial accounts

Pay
