Responsibilities

  • Design, place, and execute complex property insurance and risk management programs for middle-market and large commercial clients.
  • Serve as the senior client relationship manager, offering strategic consultation, coverage design, benchmarking, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with producers, practice leaders, and carrier partners to develop innovative insurance solutions and optimize market leverage.
  • Oversee renewal and new business strategies, including market selection, submission preparation, negotiation, and finalizing program structures.
  • Act as a senior technical resource and mentor for account management teams, ensuring high service standards and technical excellence.
  • Provide executive-level claims advocacy, coverage consultation, and exposure analysis.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of property market trends, underwriting appetites, and emerging risks.
  • Drive account growth through cross-selling initiatives and consultative risk management strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance, with a strong focus on complex property risk placement.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, sophisticated middle-market and national accounts.
  • Advanced technical expertise in commercial property coverage, policy forms, catastrophe modeling, and risk analytics.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to effectively advise C-suite executives and senior risk leaders.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
