Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 annually+ (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, providing end-to-end servicing.
  • Handle small to middle-market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Cross-sell additional products and services to meet client needs.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client information and workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those from captive agencies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
  • Work History: A strong and stable job history is essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
